Surface grinding

Surface grinding to remove rust and rough spots on metal surfaces, which often also includes well repair. Sometimes we must cut out rusted components, fabricate new metal parts, and weld repair the equipment.

Most of our agricultural machinery repairs include welding – either weld repair or new fabrication.

Reshaping bent farm equipment

We repair nozzles on corn heads, grain bin covers damaged by wind, and more. Sometimes farm equipment is damaged during planting or harvest, and we can correct frame damage.

Fabricating new components and attachments for farm equipment

Sometimes ag equipment components are damaged or rusted beyond repair. We can fabricate new metal components.

Grain trailer refurbishment and repairs

We can provide simple repairs like bumper refurbishment and complex maintenance like brake jobs. Wertzbaugher Services installs hydraulic doors on grain trailers that currently have a manual operation.

Repair work for combine heads and grain wagons

Wertzbaugher services has provided ag equipment repair and maintenance on many combines and grain wagons. We can weld repair on the combine head and header cart. We have replaced sections of rusted wagons and repairs wagon tongues and hitches damaged during harvest.
